Kirkuk's Arab component reveals the distribution of positions in the governorate agreement

Arab component in Kirkuk revealed for an agreement with the Kurdish component on the mechanism of distribution of the sovereign and directorates and directorates-general after the provincial council elections. A member of the component Omar al-Jubouri that "positions were classified into two types the first sovereign and includes nearly ten positions are the governor and his deputies and his advisers and the head of the provincial council and his deputy, and distribution is one deal by winning percentage in the elections."
