Iraqi Deputy for showing optimistic about the outcome of the political blocs meeting tomorrow

The Deputy for the Iraqi List "optimistic of the outcome of the political blocs to a meeting tomorrow." Stressing "the need for the presence of Kurdistan leader Massoud Barzani in it."
The MP said Qais Cdhir told all of Iraq [where] on Sunday that "we are optimistic about meeting the leaders and representatives of the political blocs on Monday and sponsored by President Jalal Talabani to come out with a number of agreements on the main outstanding issues including the political and security ministries."
"The optimism came on the back of the negotiations and meetings of the Tripartite Commission is meaningful because it's not possess the powers to resolve the issues as the importance of meetings between the leaders of political blocs and parked on the resolution of all controversial points."
He went helter-skelter, "The President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, the demands of the attendees at the meetings of the blocks and follow-up as agreed and implemented from the initiative under which the formation of the current government."
This is planned to hold its third meeting of the political blocs on Monday at the invitation of President Jalal Talabani to resolve outstanding issues.
The meeting of heads of political blocs had been held under the auspices of Talabani, the ninth of the month during which they agreed to form a committee to discuss and resolve political differences and then hold another meeting next week. However, the Iraqi List, has decided to freeze its meetings within the committee, composed of Hasan al for the National Alliance and the Rose Nuri Shawis from the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, Salman Jumaili of the Iraqi List.
The political blocs have agreed last November under the initiative of President of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani on a number of points, including the commitment to the Constitution, and to achieve both harmony and balance, and end the work of the accountability and justice, and activation of national reconciliation and the formation of a government of national partnership.
The agreement also, given the position of prime minister of the National Alliance and the formation of a new council called the "Strategic Policy Council" shall be vested in his list of Iraq, specifically Iyad Allawi, who decided earlier abandonment of the position
