Baghdad (news) .. said legal expert Tareq Harb, that the holding of early elections as the government resigned from the authority of the House of Representatives in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 of the Constitution.
Harb added in a statement on Friday received Agency (news) copy: possible to resolve this issue in just one session, so that the application of the third of the members of parliament (ie 109 member) to the presidency of the parliament dissolved and put the issue to a vote at the same meeting.
