MP for the coalition of state law Keywords said that requests for political blocs and incompatibilities are delaying approval of the general budget for 2013. Keywords pointed out that the masses of the Kurdistan Alliance and Iraqi believe that the budget did not include the financial achieves its ambitions, noting that the main points of disagreement on the budget is that the Kurdistan Alliance request included $ 4 billion to reimburse oil companies operating in the region. He added that the Iraqi List calls for increased grants to those affected by the floods in Salah al-Din, while demanding some blocks have this grant in all provinces.
