The Judiciary announced Tuesday the Higher Council of the Judiciary Act was passed after the publication in the Official Gazette of Iraq and the Council of representatives.
According to a statement issued by the judicial authority received all of Iraq in "the Higher Council of the Judiciary Act No. [112] 2012 the deputies earlier published in Gazette after authentication the Presidency."
"Under the new law, the Federal Appeals Court Chief Judge candidate Hassan nouman chaired by the Supreme Council of the judiciary", noting that "the law was implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette on 4/2/2013".
The Iraqi Parliament was voted in 15 of the month December 2012 on the Higher Council of the judiciary Bill and postponed the vote on the draft law of the Federal Tribunal of the continuing dispute between political blocs.
