Confirmed the decision of the House of Representatives Mohammed al-Khalidi, Saturday, said that the adoption of the draft federal budget requires a political decision of the leaders of the first grade, noting that a lot of requests and reached to the Finance Committee for inclusion, especially of the major political blocs.
Khalidi said the Agency (UR) "The Presidency of the Council of Representatives has committed the relevant committees in the budget discussion continued until day-time holidays, and the Finance Committee budget ended technically, but the problem of approving the budget has become politically".
Khalidi explained that "political dispute moguls are Coalition and Iraqi Kurdistan and the National Alliance," noting that "to reach an agreement and approving the budget requires a political agreement of the leaders of the first row on the grounds that the dispute on the approval of the budget is political, not technical."
He added that "the roof demands of the political blocs on the budget is growing daily and therefore there is a need for a decision by the country's leaders from the first row to end the political differences on the budget."
The total federal budget 138 billion dinars, which is the largest in the history of the Iraqi state, which included $ 55 billion dinars investment part, and 83 billion dinars, the operational part. And the Iraqi government budget was built in 2013 on the basis of 90 dollars per barrel of oil export rate of 2.9 million barrels of oil a day.
