U.S. official: the escalation of the violence compared to last year

U.S. government report said that the explosive, erupting continuously, assassinations and acts of violence by the militias make Iraq today, more bloody than a year ago.
All of this comes in what he called the Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction Stuart Bowen, the "chaotic summer" in Baghdad, whether U.S. troops will remain after the date of the withdrawal decision and continue military aid to the country lacks stability.
In a quarterly report to Congress and to the Obama administration, Bowen concludes that "Iraq remains a dangerous place is not normal and can not work. It's less secure than a year ago." And the report cites the deaths of 15 soldiers in the U.S. in June was the deadliest month for Americans in two years.
The report also said an increase in the number of rockets fired at the government offices and foreign embassies as well as the continuing assassination attempts against political leaders and security forces and judges in Iraq.
