Barzani confirms readiness to visit Baghdad for dialogue

Baghdad (AIN) -The Premier of Kurdistan Regional Government, Najervan Barzani, announced his readiness to visit Baghdad to resolve all the pending issues via dialogue.
A statement by the KRG received by AIN, cited that "The KR Cabinet held, on Wednesday, its 3rd meeting for current year, chaired by Barzani and the Deputy Premier, Imad Ahmed."
"During the meeting, the PM Barzani discussed the topic of the Federal Budget," noting that "The Iraqi Central Government did not add the item of the financial dues of the foreign oil companies operating in KR within the Federal Budget of 2013," the statement added.
He urged to "stick to the previous agreements between Baghdad and Erbil concerning the payment of the oil companies' dues."
"The KRG is with the dialogue in addressing the current political crisis in Iraq," Barzani confirmed.
In regard with his expected visit to Baghdad, "Barzani stressed his readiness to visit Baghdad for dialogue." /End/
