14 Global companies compete to work at Nassiriya Oilfield

Baghdad (AIN) –The Ministry of Oil announced on Tuesday the names of the companies qualified for participating in the competition session for Nassiriya Oil field in Dhi-Qar province.
The Ministry of Oil reported in statement received by AIN that "The directorate concerned in contracts and petroleum licenses within the Ministry of Oil has announced the results of the global petrol companies, which submitted its tenders to participate in the competition session, for Nassiriya Oil field.''
"The number of companies that were qualified for the project reached (14) companies from world wide,'' the statement added.
"The information and the data that were received from the companies are distributed on four parts (technical, financial, legal and environmental safety) and the data will be classified according to the roles and instructions of the concerned ministry,'' the statement pointed out.
