Iraq offers to foreign companies to ration card file Manager 7 articles

Twilight news/Basra Governorate Council, unveiled Saturday, with offers of several foreign companies to manage ration card file, declaring its intention to equip citizens with the seven articles instead of five was granted by the Ministry of Commerce.
And Conservative spokesman Hashim winfred, in an interview for "Twilight" news "there are several offers to keep from foreign companies to manage ration card file after the Conservative Prime Minister's approval by the province administration."
Winfred said that "among the presentations that were made to maintain, equip citizens in Basra each month, seven food-shaped cans costs the same processed by Trade Department to citizens of 15 dinars per capita".
Winfred said that "the provincial Council will propose bids on the Federal Government to get approval for release of funds and start to contract with those companies."
And a ration card in Iraq of thorny issues that include significant financial and administrative corruption failed to the control of the central authorities, and the Cabinet had already decided earlier to stop the distribution of exaggeration people, and quickly abolished the action and decided to continue the ration card system, after a wave of popular protest and rejection.
Basra Governorate Council, announced in September, ready to receive a ration card distribution terms, give this file to the provincial councils in the country.
Most Iraqis rely on ration cards in their daily lives since the start of the international sanctions on Iraq in 1991 after Iraq invaded Kuwait, and card items include rice, flour, vegetable oil, sugar, tea, washing powder, SOAP, powdered milk (for adults), and powdered milk (for kids), and legumes such as lentils, beans and chickpeas. But reduced to rice, oil, sugar and flour.
