MoF launches 1st payment for housing fund

Baghdad (AIN) –The Acting Minister of Finance, Ali al-Shukri, announced launching the IQD (100) billion amount for the housing fund.
The Minister reported in statement received by AIN on Monday "The 100 billion amount represents the first payment of the financial allocations that were allocated for the housing fund from the State Budget of 2013.''
"The national housing council, which is chaired by the Minister of Construction and Housing, has already submitted its recommendation to the Council of Ministers to lend the housing fund IQD (305) billion from the Ministry of Finance after calculating the surplus of the State Budget,'' the statement added. \END\
