Arbil / NINA / The Independent MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman said that a specialized committee will meet today to send the Kurdistan Alliance's message to the National Alliance.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / today 3 April: "The message will confirm a lot of important topics, including genuine partnership, balance, the application of the Constitution and previous agreements, in addition to the outstanding problems between the province and the center such as the Peshmerga forces and the oil and gas and Article 140."
He added: "The current message will be somewhat similar to the letter sent by the Kurdistan Alliance about three months ago but it will be more clear this time and comes at a time of withdrawal of Kurds from the federal government and the House of Representatives," pointing out that "the other side has to take this matter into consideration to start serious dialogue to ensure resolution of all differences.
