BAGHDAD - babysit - said a member of the Finance Committee MP Abdul Amir al-Mayahi, that the government's initiative to increase ratio of petrodollars allocations to (5%) will enable oil-producing provinces of the implementation of service projects and the advancement of their betterment.
Mayahi said in a press statement, "The approval of the Cabinet to increase the proportion of the petro-dollar project allocations to (5%) will have a positive role in the implementation of service projects that are lacking some oil-producing provinces."
He added that "the Iraqi provinces, both oil-producing or non-productive need a lot of money to be able to re-infrastructure and the advancement of their betterment and service and urban, because many of them infrastructure destroyed as a result of wars since the country, calling for inclusive provincial non-oil producing project and a certain percentage .. .
