Baghdad (AIN) -MP Wihda al-Jumaili of the Iraqiya Slate, ruled out the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki's ability to form political majority government.
Jumaili said according to a statement received by AIN on Saturday "The democracy experience in Iraq bears all the possible alternatives, so if we failed to adopt consensual democracy while the talk about forming political majority government starts, then it is ok to form majority government if Malki could win half plus one of the votes and enter in coalitions with other political blocs, in this case, the other political sides would turn into opposition front that corrects the government's performance."
She ruled out "Maliki's capacity to form political majority government during the current term as only one year remains from the government's term," stressing "If he can form majority government, it is better to do it instead of brandishing to form it." /End/
