Nuseif allowed Kuwait to acquire land on the pretext of Iraqi Iraq out of Chapter VII

application of resolution partially under the former regime to carve
out large areas of the territory of Iraq in terms of Safwan and Umm Qasr
to Kuwait.
And a number of houses in the Umm Qasr border area
within the line of demarcation is planning to put the Kuwaiti
Government, and these people were asked to evacuate their homes.
Residents
of the affected role came in a protest on March 11, when security
forces tried to disperse them and prevent them from heading towards the
border, leading to a clash with hands and indiscriminate firing wounding
