The official spokesperson of the White Bloc, MP Kadhim al-Shimari, reported that according to the international reports, Iraq’s most of the state budget has been contributed by the oil revenues of the country. A huge portion of money that is derived from the Iraqi oil export is getting used in development of the country.
However, he also said that the economy of the country is also facing a lot of fluctuations. The price of Iraqi dinar against the USD dollar which cost Iraq about USD (3) billions within two months in 2012 has fluctuated rapidly.
He concluded that some powerful figures of Iraq are planning to take government advantages of surplus of oil revenues to increase their personal balances abroad.
