Independent High Electoral Commission announced that elections turnout for voters to vote the public and private sectors in all the provinces covered by 51%.
The head of the Council المفوضيين in a press conference held today attended by the correspondent and all of Iraq [where] that "the rate of participation in all the provinces covered by voting in elections and public sectors have reached [51%]."
He added that "this percentage ratio is good for the local elections."
