Kirkuk decided to build 60 schools from the allocations of petrodollars

Kirkuk / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN) - The Kirkuk Provincial Council, on Monday, they decided to build 60 schools of the petro-dollar allocations for 2013, noting that the direct procedures for building schools waiting for the release of funds.
The deputy chairman of the Council Rebwar Talabani 's ( IMN) that "this year will build about 60 schools in the province of petro-dollar project allocations, in addition to eight schools buildings typical of the allocations of the Ministry of Education."
He added that "direct schools building measures 60 waiting for release of funds allocated to the province for the petro-dollar project from the Ministry of Planning and ratification by the provincial council."
The Ministry of Education has decided to convert part of its powers relating to building schools and furnished to its directorates in the local administrations in the provinces during the year 2013.
The Ministry of Education has referred approximately 1,000 schools and clay doomed to fall in all the provinces of the state-owned companies belonging to the Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Construction and Housing, but that those companies and more than a year ago did not achieve any completion rates on the ground.
