Baghdad (AIN) –The reporter of AIN reported that “Representatives of the leader of the Sadr trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, and the leader of the Iraqiya Slate, Ayad Allawi, have attended the meeting of the blocs’ leaders held on Saturday as a response for the invitation of the leader of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, to unite visions and stances against terrorism.”
The meeting of Hakim has achieved for the first time a meeting among the leaders of blocs who agreed to form the National Partnership Government due to attendance of the Prime Minister, Speaker of parliament, the representatives of the President of Kurdistan Region, Sadr’s representative and Allawi’s representatives.
The reporter of AIN mentioned “The head of the Political Bureau of the Sadr Trend, Karar al-Khafaji, attended the meeting as a representative for Muqtada al-Sadr, while MP Hamid al-Mutleg has represented Ayad Allawi,” noting that “The deputy prime minister Ruz Nouri Shawis and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Hoshyar Zibari have attended the meeting as representatives for the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani.” /End/
