Commission staff Article 140 camped in Kirkuk to demand بتثبيتهم on landlords

Staff staged a sit-in contracts for the Commission on Article 140 for the normalization of the situation in Kirkuk and other disputed areas within the premises of the province of Kirkuk to claim their rights in the appointment on the permanent staffing pop-up Committee of the Council of Ministers.
One of the staff said Haidar Mohammed Committee gathered today to demand our legitimate rights in recruitment where more than for our service in the Commission on Article 140 in Kirkuk, more than seven years and so far not been Tthbytna and call on the prime minister to intervene immediately to solve our problem.
The effects of Leith, one of the employees exceeded Commission listed 41 staff as held in the Commission on Article 140 and so far have not been Tthbytna by the central government under the pretext of lack of allocations by the Ministry of Finance, demanding the central government given the legitimate demands of the appointments.
Referred to the Article 140 Committee, formed in 2006 to oversee the normalization of the situation in Kirkuk and other disputed territories and pay compensation to the evacuees and expatriates.
