Iraq and Kuwait signed a series of bilateral agreements in the political, economic, cultural and environmental by visiting Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Sabah in Baghdad today, for they folding page invasion by former Iraqi regime of the State of Kuwait in 1990. [ltr]He added that Kuwait will inform the Security Council "the progress made for the purpose of transporting Iraq from Chapter VII to item VI of the Charter of the United Nations». In turn, Al-Zibari said "the most important findings of the parties is to agree that goes by the permanent representatives of the two countries to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations to transmit the message confirming the fulfilment by Iraq of its obligations to Kuwait, and delegates jointly give great symbolic meaning that Iraq fulfilled the requirements set out in the resolutions of the United Nations and the Secretary-General will submit to the United Nations the new report to the Security Council on 14 June and subsequently issued a draft resolution of the Security Council to close the file[/ltr]
