Asadi: not the right time to raise contentious articles in the constitution

Asadi said in a statement ( IMN) , said that "the rule of law with the activation of the constitutional amendments committee provided not to put the controversial articles of the Constitution at the present time to the presence of a deep crisis between the political blocs."
Asadi said that "for constitutional amendments by the Committee to re-start the constitutional drafting paragraphs agreed to conduct extensive changes about them during the next phase."
He pointed out that "the writing of the Constitution in a critical phase of the history of Iraq, which requires a large and changes process on the paragraphs that Parliament was unable to implement on the ground and become hubs controversial among political blocs."
Under Article 142 of الدستورعلى the House of Representatives constitutes a committee of its members mission is to submit a report within a period not exceeding four months, the recommendation includes the necessary adjustments that can be made to the Constitution.
