Necmettin cream: solving the problems lies in the annexation of Kirkuk to Kurdistan

Baghdad (news) .. Said the governor of Kirkuk Necmettin cream, that the solution to the problems lies in the annexation of Kirkuk to Kurdistan but the terms and conditions of a special status different from the provinces of the region.
Karim said in a televised program aired on Al-Sharqiya television: that pursued by the central government in Baghdad with the provinces is much worse than it was before 2003, and on the security situation in Kirkuk.
He pointed out: that digging a trench around Kirkuk represents the most appropriate solution to reduce attacks against the province, though the people of Kirkuk forced it, and continued: Since the initiation of the establishment of the security trench around Kirkuk, armed attacks decreased to about 90%.
