Babel Provincial Council allocated 30 billion dinars from the budget of the province to establish a neighborhood of artisans in the governorate.
The head of the provincial council Raad Hamza for "Awan" that "the Council decided to establish a place dedicated to the work of artisans in the province," Mbenna "The neighborhood is located on the road to suit - Najaf near the University of Babylon featuring technical workshops, blacksmiths and other disciplines and deported from areas Hilla residential"
Hamza added that "the decision came after the spread of industrial workshops within neighborhoods and caused destruction and noise pollution to populated areas and that the project has already been introduced for investment, but that the province has not received presentations on his investment from one"
