He that this step will help Iraq to open up to the world after years of isolation from world markets, where banks represent financial market and banking. Salih stressed that the opening of a branch of the Rasheed Bank in Romania reduces the cost of transactions in general as it improves trade and financial relations with Romania or countries Other related with the countries of the world and that it hurt towards the integration of the Iraqi market in the global financial market.
