" and added that "the Iraqi problem comes in the absence of trust and administrative vacuum and external interference in internal affairs, as well as the weakness of the state administration," noting that "the solution to this crisis is to identify the elements and then develop solutions before the processors." stated that the political blocs gathered at the presidential palace in Baghdad took place last Thursday on the instruments of honor and social peace in the presence of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Parliament Speaker Osama Najafi and head of the Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Rose Nuri Shaways and a number of other politicians, tribal elders and clerics, while absent from the meeting of the existing Iraqi President Iyad Allawi and President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, and the cleric Moqtada al-Sadr.
