{Baghdad: Euphrates News} parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the federal financial budget for next year will provide a degree of functional and ensure the formation of security forces to combat terrorism and protect oil pipelines and allow for the development work of foreign oil companies operating in the country.

She said committee member Rep. Magda al-Tamimi said in a statement on its front page on the social networking site Facebook {} and seen him and Euphrates News Agency {} “The 2014 budget will provide grades for various groups in state institutions.”

She noted that it “will also allow the formation of two military forces to fight terrorism, and the other to protect oil pipelines,” indicating that “next year’s budget will be allocated as well as funds to develop the work of foreign oil companies operating in the country.”

The Finance Committee of the House of Representatives had earlier revealed a new mechanism to approve the 2014 budget before the end of the current parliamentary session, and it will increase by 10% from its predecessors.

They noted at the same time to raise the amounts allocated to the ministries of security because of the country’s need to further reinforcement about the escalation of the terrorist acts targeting citizens in all regions of the country.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, for his part, had said the next year’s budget went toward cost control and prevented all purchases departments and institutions of the State of cars and Furniture & Equipment, Accessories and others. He pointed out that it also seized the amounts allocated to them.

The Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation, is the other announced earlier also included 132 thousand degrees and careers within the budget of the year 2014, noting that the energy and security were the most important focus of the next budget, revealing that the budget is now the Council of Ministers for approval.
