Iraqi House of Representatives passed by a majority of its members finally on the Unified Retirement Law after a long wait. As did justice to this law, large segments of retirees and large groups of people with limited income of our people, it is carried into the details of Article (37), devoted to the three presidencies and members of parliament and the general managers and owners of special grades and advisers, the concessions are generous and what is a circumvention of the will of the Iraqi voter. A careful reading of these materials indicate clearly that the legislature, along with the House of Representatives who voted for this law, did not take into account the principles of justice and equity between the entry and privileges beneficiaries of it, and between the incomes of the vast majority of the people.
