The decision of the Commission MP Mohammad Qasim: "The rate of global oil consumption is increasing annually (5%), due to the lack of alternative sources of oil in power generation, in spite of the development that the world is witnessing in various fields of life."
He added that the increase in consumption will lead to annual prices of oil in international markets, so the oil prices heading upward to increase to more than 120 dollars during the next two years, and this is what would best benefit the developing countries that rely on oil as a major source of the economy, including Iraq.
He stressed: that there was no real fears of lower oil prices during the current year and its impact on the budget, being developed on the basis of selling a barrel of oil (90) dollars, indicating that prices will be stable during the current year and will increase during the next two years. Ended
