He added that " there are signs on budget to resolve the deadlock occurred between the center and the region, most recently the approval of the province on exporting oil through the SOMO company and what is remaining are simple things could be resolved within a week before the budget's session ."
A familiar source noted, in a press statement, to the agreement between the governments of Baghdad and Erbil on exporting oil through SOMO Company and in the backdrop of the agreement there will be approving to the budget, with the participation of the Kurds .
