He added that the "non-application of the tariff by the region will contribute to higher revenues at the expense of fiscal revenue hit port of Umm Qasr, Safwan in southern provinces.
He continued that "non-compliance with the decisions of ministerial would negatively affect the law, and must be applied to all border crossings and therefore not to be applied in the Kurdistan region will affect much on the law, which could lead to his suspension in the future, explaining that" not applied correctly will lead to damage to ports on the the expense of other outlets. ended
