Arbil / Nina /--Official of Foreign Relations of Kurdistan Regional Government Falah Mustafa, stated "The decision of the Kurds is in their hands expressing hops that America understand political problems , and not put itself in the conflict between Baghdad and Erbil.
He said in a press statement today, commenting on the position of America's refusal to export oil from Kurdistan without the approval of Baghdad : "We hope that America 's take position of neutrality , and if keeping silent it is better in our opinion./End
