ends on Sunday for delivery appeals on the results of the parliamentary elections of 2014, according to what reported by a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Higher Commission for Elections and Wael al-Waeli.
Waili said in a statement singled out by the «morning»,: «Sunday ends for receipt of appeals from political entities on the results of the parliamentary elections in 2014 at the end of the official working hours of the Commission after announcing finalized ten days ago ».
added that «the number of appeals received by the Commission since last Tuesday and has so far reached 600 stabbing», pointing out that the term was scheduled to to expire last Thursday, but the Board of Commissioners felt extended to Sunday.
between Wa'ili he «entity aggrieved to appeal the decisions of the Board of Commissioners in front of the judiciary for the election of three part-time judges appointed by the Court of Cassation shall consider appeals referred to it by the Board of Commissioners or provided by those affected by the decisions of the Council directly through the three days beginning on the day following the last published in newspapers, also offers a challenge to the national office or the office of the region or the election office or to the judiciary for direct elections ».
alluded to the confusion which it is located and the media displayed through the statements of some politicians who carry the responsibility of the Commission to decide on appeals filed on the results of the election of the House of Representatives, noting that as far as it appeals the Commission on these results will be considered by the Electoral Judicial Panel formed by the Supreme Judicial Council, which shall consider appeals exclusively, indicating that «not for the Office of the State relationship issuing decisions on those appeals and that the Commission is obliged to implement decisions of the judicial body of the elections, according to the law of the Electoral Commission for elections No. (11) of the year 2007», solemn blocs and political representatives and all politicians to show restraint and not to media escalation and pressure by whatever means, and pending the outcome of appeals and the decisions of the judiciary, electoral authorities that their decisions are final and will be, and not subject to appeal an owner to consider this aspect.
