Baghdad/Obelisk: oil Ministry confirmed Thursday that the legal procedures taken against the Ministry of natural resources in Kurdistan are continuing and will not cease to export oil without consent, with the jury of the International Chamber of Commerce is now considering an oil Ministry to the Turkish Government.

He noted that "there is a global contexts in the sale of Iraqi oil, and the oil and quantity pricing, and Iraq is part of OPEC and this organization designed to balance the supply and demand process and any quantities in this way do not confuse only OPEC and OPEC, but overwhelm all others, so this affects the stability of the region and also affects the Iraqi oil policy and the national economy."
The Federal Government announced its rejection of the Kurdish leadership to export oil without consent, also described the process as "smuggling", the oil Ministry said the lawsuit against the Ministry of natural resources in Kurdistan to export oil without the agreement and filed a lawsuit against the Turkish Government imported oil and have rejected the Iraqi Government.
The US Government has refused to export oil from the territory without the approval of the Federal Government in a row in remarks to Foreign Ministry spokesperson bosacki, so that this rejection caused great confusion among the territorial Government issued a statement deploring the US stance and demanded silence and non-interference.
