Kuwait’s first single prepaid card with multiple currencies exclusively with ABK

KUWAIT: Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) launches a new addition to its line of prepaid cards, the ABK Multi Currency Prepaid Freedom Card, in partnership with MasterCard. For the first time in Kuwait, ABK and Non-ABK customers will have the freedom to load up to 10 different currencies on a single prepaid card. The new ABK Multi Currency Prepaid Freedom Card is a monetary passport solution, which offers one card with 10 currencies giving customers total freedom to choose from any of the available currencies on the card such as Kuwaiti dinar, US dollar, British pound, euro, Emirati dirham, Saudi riyal, Qatari riyal, Bahraini dinar, Swiss francs and Canadian dollars.
The most prominent feature of the card is the ability to load funds in a number of foreign currencies at any time through our dedicated online portal, thus locking in exchange rates at the time of loading, and protecting against any fluctuations in future rates.
