BAGHDAD / Nina / President of the Republic Fuad Massum, confirmed in a speech addressed to the Iraqi people on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr : " We would wholeheartedly work to communicate with all political parties, and as soon as possible in accordance with the constitutional contexts for the formation of a national government based on national partnership and power-sharing to accomplish basic tasks./
