48 hours to end the differences and Abadi al-Maliki on forming a government
BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / .. said a political analyst, on Thursday, that the differences that revolve around the formation of the government between Maliki and al-Abadi will end within the next 48 hours.
Said Rahim al-Shammari told / Baghdadi News /, "Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki pending his claim submitted to the Federal Court, and the reason for the delay lies in the travel of some members of the court outside the country, it is not possible to decide the resolution without the completion of the presence of the members."
He added, "It will be held during the 48-hour meeting of the Federal Court and the presence of all its members to decide on a complaint al-Maliki in favor of the National Alliance, and will end disagreements over who will form the next government."
He continued, al-Shammari said that "the president Fuad Masum already Maliki made inquiries to the Federal Court about the biggest bloc, and the answer is the National Alliance," pointing out that "the commissioning infallible Haider Clinical formation of the government came after making sure that all aspects of the constitutional and legal."
