BAGHDAD / NINA / Head of the negotiating team for the Alliance of Iraqi Powers, Salman al-Jumaili announced on Saturday "the collapse of negotiations on forming a government.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that the insistence of some of the forces of the National Alliance on the former approach is the one which brought Iraq to what it is today of collapse and complete paralysis in all aspects of life.
Al- Jumaili added that "some of the powers of the National Alliance is still not learn the reality experienced by some provinces and do not want to deal in a new approach to restore security and stability to those provinces.
