BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
A parliamentary source said the National Alliance, said the new prime minister will reconsider the decisions and appointments made by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, in the last reign.
The source said in his speech ((eighth day)) that "Abadi will provide figures that have been set in the last days of the life of the previous government, they get to parliament for confidence, and important decisions are subject to debate.
While a coalition of national forces and the Kurdistan that the announcement "Abadi" for drafting the internal system in the Council of Ministers is supposed to be a guarantee of principle of non-executive unilateralism.
The former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki took the phrase decisions in the last two meetings of his government, including the appointment of individuals close to him by proxy at the head of independent bodies in the Directorates-sensitive, and hauling others to retire, and to issue an order disbursing "outside powers" as frequency circles concerned.
