Jubouri: security reform will only be achieved political reform

The Chairman of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri said the reform of the system security is not without political reform and the participation of everyone.
expressed at a news conference in Arbil today its support for international operations to eliminate terrorism in Iraq, whether military or humanitarian or service.
stressed Jubouri that the face / Daash / must that is not confined to military operations, but include humanitarian efforts through the reconstruction of the cities affected by terrorism and the attention to the service.
confirmed that Daash not calculated on a component-specific, indicating that these totals represent an anomaly and therefore can not belong to any component that does not years nor Shiites nor Kurds.
