According to a source familiar with, on Tuesday, the issuance of an arrest warrant against director general of the Rafidain Bank, the former Zia Alckheon.
The source said that "an arrest warrant was issued, yesterday, right, Director General of the Rafidain Bank and former adviser to the Minister of Finance for banks Zia Alckheon."
The source added, "The memo was issued against the backdrop of corruption charges."
