Authorizes the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Commerce direct negotiation to secure food supplies
BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / .. authorized the Council of Ministers during its regular fifth, on Tuesday, the Ministry of Commerce, to negotiate directly with companies to secure food supplies.
