Special / leaders of political blocs are negotiating to end debate and approve oil and gas law
Baghdad-Iraq-Presse -25 October / October revealed the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary, on Saturday, for the negotiations conducted by the leaders of political blocs represented in the House of Representatives to end the controversy regarding the oil and gas law and approval.
A member of the Committee MP Hussein by L / Iraq Press / that "negotiations were under way, these days, between the heads of the blocks to get to the final version of the draft oil and gas and an end to the dispute of oil that exists between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government constant since the year two thousand and seven law."
Added by, that "the Commission on oil and energy in addition to the political parties concerned as well as the joint committees between Baghdad and Erbil are trying as soon as possible the completion of the unification of three drafts in agreement with the Commission to pass the law commentator since two thousand and seven." But he also said that "in the event of failure to reach a common draft of drafts that have been formulated in two thousand and seven draft developed by the previous government or the previous draft of the oil and energy will search the possibility of drafting a new oil and gas law satisfies all parties."
