"
He explained that the Messenger of Kuwait also expressed its willingness to aid the displaced and displaced Iraqis in all Iraqi provinces, through the adoption of non-governmental organizations take it upon themselves to expedite the relief of displaced families, which is now under the threat of rain at the beginning of the winter season.
