Dhi Qar based smart card in the White oil distribution on its citizens

For the Oil and Energy Committee in the House of Dhi Qar province, said that the province will adopt the smart card in the White oil distribution to citizens during the coming winter season.
According to Hussein, Chairman of the Committee for the support network that News Nasiriyah province and in coordination with the competent authorities and the Ministry of Oil, will adopt the smart card in the White oil distribution to citizens during the coming winter season, and to ensure the smooth distribution in cities across the province.
He revealed the formation of a special operations room to arrange the distribution mechanism of the cards, and determine distribution program in accordance with those cards, stressing that it will solve all the problems that were located in the distribution process previously.
It should be noted that the province was previously distributed white oil in coordination with the mayors of residential neighborhoods, and building on the ration card for each family in the area.
