BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Premier Nouri al-Maliki is to visit Iran and some other countries, including United Arab Emirates, State of Law Bloc MP disclosed here today.
MP Khalid al-Asadi told Aswat al-Iraq that***** "Maliki will shortly make a tour to some countries, *****including Iran and UAE to discuss a number of issues, *****in addition to bilateral relations, and extending invitations to foreign companies to invest in Iraq".*****
There are a number of differences between Iraq and Iran, *****including Iranian bombardment of bordering areas, Wind River question and other border issues.*****
