Presidency Based on what passed the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic and according to the provisions of subsection (i) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution
Issued the following law:

Statistics Act
Chapter One
Definitions
Article 1 of the following expressions is intended for the purposes of this Act have the meanings shown towards them: -
First - Minister: Minister of Planning
Second Chairman of the Board: Chairman of the Supreme Council for the count
Thirdly - Council: the Supreme Council for the count
Fourthly - Machine Head: Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics and Informatics
V. device: Central Bureau of Statistics and Informatics

Chapter II

Chapter III
Device functions
Article 7.-The following tasks device:

Financial provisions

Chapter VII
Sanctions

Chapter VIII
Final Provisions

21. Product-repealed
First: Census Law No. (21) of 1972, as amended, and continues to work in the regulations and instructions issued thereunder until what replaced or abolished.

The spas repealed the General Census of Population and Housing Law No. 40 for the year 2008.
Second: The Council of Ministers to issue regulations to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law.

Sanctions

21. Product-repealed
