Babacar Zebari: the country needs to provide intelligence effort to be able to control the security situation

*****Army Chief of Staff Babacar Zebari about the existence of a significant weakness *****in the intelligence of the country led to a lack of control by security forces on the situation.*****
He told all of Iraq [where] on Sunday that***** "Iraq does not need now to force the security services***** nor to the new equipment to meet the armed groups***** but needs to provide intelligence effort***** in the country and obtaining the information***** to be able to keeping control of the security situation."*****
He pointed out that "if the evolution of intelligence in the country, then you will be able both police and military forces of its equipment current arrest terrorist groups before the implementation of their criminal operations."
The deputies had unanimously agreed that the intelligence in Iraq is still weak and below the level in reference to the deterioration of security in the capital, provincial towns from time to time due to the failure to keep up the intelligence apparatus of the development in the world and they can not control the change in the methods of armed groups
