MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Kaveh Mohammad, Friday, that the federal government is about to send the draft oil and gas law, to Parliament for discussion and voting on it.
He said Muhammad told all of Iraq [where] that "the federal government is about to accomplish the project of oil and gas law," noting that "not to adopt such a law, is a constitutional void," pointing out that "the approval solves a lot of problems between the province and the center."
Relations between the governments in Baghdad and Erbil strained by differences over many issues, the most important oil and gas law and Article 140 of the Constitution on the disputed areas. End
