Kurdistan Regional Government decided to submit a draft budget to parliament next week

Erbil, April 25 (Rn) - The Kurdistan Regional Government to introduce a bill Wednesday balancing the region to the Parliament for discussion and approval.
The Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan region of regular meeting chaired by Prime Minister Barzani and the presence of Imad Ahmed, deputy head of the Government of the province.
The government said in a statement that Barzani "instructed all ministries to prepare for full implementation of all the paragraphs and budget items are in the interest of the citizens and the completion of projects and implementation of the program the government."
The statement pointed out that the ministers "of finance and planning ahead with their report on the details of the operating budget and projects, and made it clear that in the budget law for 2012, was allocated $ 10 trillion and 745 billion dinars for the operating budget and $ 4 Trallonat and 500 billion dinars for the projects."
According to the statement, the two ministers stressed that "in the development budget has been allocated more than 800 billion dinars for the development of the provinces, and $ 3 Trallonat and 200 billion dinars for the ongoing projects, and more than 400 billion dinars for the proposed projects."
The Cabinet decided during the meeting, submit a draft budget law to the Parliament of Kurdistan in the next week for discussion and approval.
The Cabinet decided to continue granting loans, property, marriage, agriculture, industry and capacity development program for the unemployed and to ensure that the 2012 budget and the allocation of the necessary, in addition to the appointment of 17 thousand employees in government institutions.
The statement quoted Barzani as saying that "the appointments will be in accordance with the standards and away from the testimonials and by committees of the provinces."
